Appointments and Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee of $75.00.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for scheduled appointments or are greater than 15 minutes past their scheduled time, may be charged $100.00.
Payments and Refunds
• Pricing: Prices for services and products are listed on the Site and may be subject to change without notice.
• Payments: We accept cash or credit. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds: Services - Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for completed treatments.
Products - All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss potential replacements or refunds based on the specific issue.
